- "Unless otherwise set forth in an Order Form, all payments are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Except as expressly provided, all such payments are non-refundable. Invoices are not subject to offset or reduction by Customer unless approved in writing by Licensor. Customer agrees to pay a finance charge equal to the lesser of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum rate permitted by law on all past due amounts."
