- Licensing Policy v19 (June 2026) §1.1: Veeam Data Platform Premium, Advanced and Foundation are "Offered in packs of 10 licenses." Veeam Data Platform Essentials is "Offered in packs of 5 licenses and a maximum of 50 licenses" and "Cannot be merged with another product license to scale above the maximum. Purchase of an upgrade SKU is required to grow beyond the maximum limit." Essentials merges "are still restricted to 50 VULs and 50 TBs" (§1.11.2).
