- Licensing Policy v19 (June 2026) §1.13: customers using copies of the software under the same License Key to manage multiple source infrastructures "are required to implement centralized license management (e.g., Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager)". "With the exception of Veeam Data Platform Foundation, Veeam Data Platform Advanced, and Veeam Data Platform Premium VULs on a Subscription contract, sharing source infrastructure between different licenses and license terms is prohibited." Source infrastructures "are considered different when they are not sharing any of the above components with one another and are managed by separate dedicated IT teams" (§3.6).
