- Licensing Policy v19 (June 2026) §1.11.6: "In accordance with the EULA, Veeam licenses are non-transferable." Exceptions are requested by the license administrator through a licensing case with proof of purchase. EULA (last updated 2026-08-25) §1.1 grants "a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right" for internal business purposes; §2(a) prohibits making the Software or license keys available to any third party.
