- EULA (last updated 2026-08-25) §8: during the term and for one year thereafter Licensor may verify compliance "including but not limited to all license terms, policies, and quantities purchased"; audits "no more than once per year unless there are reasonable grounds"; End User must provide requested logs and/or infrastructure access "within thirty (30) days after receiving the Licensor's notice". If a breach is found, third-party audit costs are borne by End User. §4.2: license usage statistics and telemetry are on by default and can be disabled, except for Free and Community Edition licenses.
