- Service Consumption Table (effective 2026-09-25), Table 2(a) footnote 6: VPS is only available if specified on an Order Form; a separate annual fee per deployment is required and is set in the Order Form. After the Subscription Term expires and while the customer is On Demand, the annual deployment fee is charged pro rata monthly in arrears until the Order Form is terminated or a subsequent Order Form is executed. Cloud Services are not charged in VPS accounts except as part of Serverless Features.
