- Tailored option customers may use S/4HANA Compatibility Packs through 2033-12-31, subject to availability in SAP Note 2269324; using them with on-premise systems requires converting at least 50% of the annual on-premise SAP Support Fee via the Cloud Extension Program on the PTO Order Form effective date, or for pre-2025 subscribers an Annual Fee of at least 50% of that fee (tailored option SDG §5.7.4, effective 2026-04-27).
