- MSA §5.1 Fees: “Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form, (i) fees are based on Services subscriptions purchased and not actual usage, (ii) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable, and (iii) quantities purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term.” Flexible Buying Models names the Agentic Enterprise License Agreement (AELA) as a fixed-price, fixed-term agreement with unlimited access to Salesforce consumption services, no overages, and no usage-based billing — the published consumption exception to MSA §5.1’s subscription-not-usage fee base. AELA list prices and Flex Credit pack sizes are not published.
