- STA s.16 (effective 15 June 2023): Customer must track and report Use in the quantities and versions used. Provider gives at least ten (10) days' prior written notice and audits during normal business hours. Overuse is paid at Provider's then current list price plus interest and prior Maintenance Service fees; if Overuse is more than five percent (5%) of entitlements, Customer reimburses the reasonable cost of the Audit.
