- STA (effective 15 June 2023) s.3: except for MSP Licenses, Customer shall only Use the Software to support the internal business operations of itself and its worldwide Affiliates. s.4(e): Customer may not use the Software to provide a hosted or managed service to third parties, except for MSP Licenses. Appendix A(6): services vendors, outsourcing providers and contractors may Use the Software on the Customer's behalf subject to the Agreement.
