- Definition
- If an Order indicates that Software is to be used by Customer as a managed service provider, Customer shall be granted a License to use such Software and the associated Documentation to provide Management Services (an “MSP License”).
- Commercial rules
- STA s.3-4: except for MSP Licenses, Software may only support the internal business operations of the Customer and its worldwide Affiliates, and may not be used to provide a hosted or managed service to third parties. An MSP License tied to a named Client may not support any other Client. A perpetual MSP License may be assigned to a Client only with Quest's prior written consent and no fee to the Client.
