- Qlik Customer Agreement (053124) 10.1: upon request, not more than once per calendar year, Customer "shall conduct a self-audit of its use of the Qlik Products and Services and, within ten (10) business days after receipt of such request, submit a written statement to Qlik verifying that it is in compliance". Qlik may audit use and deployment and monitor use of Qlik Cloud; written request "at least fifteen (15) days prior to the specified audit date". Customer bears reasonable audit costs if not in material compliance. Applies during the Agreement and for one year after termination or expiration.
