- While this Agreement is in effect and for one (1) year after the effective date of its termination or expiration, upon request by Qlik but not more than once per calendar year, Customer shall conduct a self-audit of its use of the Qlik Products and Services and, within ten (10) business days after receipt of such request, submit a written statement to Qlik verifying that it is in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
