- License and Services Agreement (October 2024) §2.2(a): You agree not to "exceed the Usage Capacity"; §2.2(j): not to "use the Products after the expiration of a Subscription Term". "We may require, not more than once per year, that You certify to us in writing as to Your then current use\ deployment of Our Products and\or Services, and We reserve the right to conduct reasonable audits, with notice". Usage Capacity is defined by metrics such as raw CPU cores, raw flash TiB, used TiB, named or concurrent users, VMs, nodes, vCPU (§1.24).
