- "Usage Capacity" means the maximum permitted usage of the i) Software based on licensing metrics such as the number of raw CPU cores, raw total flash drive capacity in tebibytes, cores managed, used tebibytes, named users or concurrent users, VMs or VM packs, per node or configured node, percentage of cloud spend, vCPU of each managed database server, per cluster or per vCPU, GB RAM and DR characteristic, per edge instance, or any other applicable licensing metrics
