- Llama 4 Community License Agreement Section 2 (Additional Commercial Terms, Llama 4 Version Effective Date 2025-04-05): if, on the Llama 4 version release date, the monthly active users of the products or services made available by or for Licensee, or Licensee’s affiliates, is greater than 700 million monthly active users in the preceding calendar month, the Licensee must request a license from Meta, which Meta may grant in its sole discretion, and may not exercise any rights under the Agreement unless or until Meta expressly grants them.
