- CPDS 39.2 (effective 2026-09-11): for Intelligent Data Management Cloud - Flex IPU, Customer is entitled to consume the subscribed number of IPUs across an annual period; IPUs do not carry over to the next annual time period. If consumption exceeds the subscribed IPUs without subscribing to additional IPUs for the remainder of the Subscription Period, the overage fee in the Order is charged. IDMC - IPU and IDMC - Flex IPU must be provisioned separately and may not be deployed in the same Org. Documentation: the Flex IPU metering model uses annual billing with monthly reporting periods.
