- CPDS 39.2: "For Intelligent Data Management Cloud - Flex IPU, Customer is entitled to consume the subscribed number of IPUs across an annual period. IPUs do not carry over to the next annual time period."
- Commercial rules
- If consumption exceeds the subscribed IPUs without subscribing to additional IPUs for the remainder of the Subscription Period, the overage fee set in the Order is charged. Overage Protection does not apply. Must be provisioned separately from Intelligent Data Management Cloud - IPU and may not be deployed in the same Org. Overage fee amounts are Order-specific and not published.
