- Support Services for a Licensed Program under PLC/ALC or TBL/ALC may be reinstated only for all licenses of that Licensed Program held under any agreement with any 3DS Group Company, against payment of all Support Services fees from termination to reinstatement plus a reinstatement fee of 50% of those fees, unless the OST states otherwise. Distributors may set the fee for orders placed with them.
