- Support Services are “the maintenance, enhancement and other support services for 3DS Offerings” described in the 3DS Website Terms (CLOSA §1); they include support request management and Releases made available during the Support Services term (CLOSA §3).
- Commercial rules
- Support Services renew automatically on an annual basis (CLOSA §3). Termination of Support Services applies to all licenses of the relevant Licensed Program held by Customer (CLOSA §9.3.1). Reinstatement for PLC/ALC or TBL/ALC requires reinstating all licenses of the Licensed Program and paying back fees plus a reinstatement fee of 50% of those back fees, unless the OST states otherwise; Distributors may set their own fee (Support Policies §9).
