- Commercial rules
- Fees are determined by counting Units defined in Product Appendices or Order Forms (section 3.2). Additional Units used or deployed must be reported promptly with the dates of use, and are invoiced (section 3.2). Subscriptions auto-renew for the same duration unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before expiry (section 2.2). Unused Services expire. Review clause (section 10): inspection while the Agreement is in effect and for one year after; resolve noncompliance within 15 days of notice; reimburse inspection cost if underpayment exceeds 5%. General Terms control over Product Appendices and Order Forms unless those expressly provide otherwise (section 13.8).

- All Red Hat Products bought directly from Red Hat or through a Business Partner. Product Appendix 1 (Software and Support Subscriptions) and Appendix 4 (Online Services) attach to it.
