- Designed for simplicity, the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) has no purchase minimums and tailored billing plans. The Microsoft Customer Agreement is built for cloud services. Traditional volume licensing agreements—such as the Enterprise Agreement—typically expire in three years. The MCA never expires.
- Commercial rules
- All Microsoft cloud products and services—including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365—are available through the Microsoft Customer Agreement. The agreement is available through partners in the Cloud Solution Provider program, through a Microsoft seller in named countries, or directly via the Microsoft website in some regions. If buying directly from a Microsoft sales representative, invoices come from Microsoft; if purchasing through a partner, invoices come from the partner. The agreement is accepted and stored online.
