- Commercial rules
- Capacity is pooled across the tenant, enforced monthly and does not carry over. Custom agents are disabled when a tenant reaches 125% of prepaid capacity. Copilot Studio capacity packs can also fund Microsoft Copilot Chat and SharePoint agent usage through Copilot credit policies (up to 10 per tenant). A Copilot Studio user license (free of charge) for makers requires a tenant prepaid Copilot Credit pack subscription.
