- Licensing Options for Industries (customer purchase): Acquire cloud services and software licenses with help from a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider through a pay-as-you-go model. When you work with a Cloud Solution Provider partner, you sign the Microsoft Customer Agreement; this gives access to all Microsoft products and services available in the Cloud Solution Provider program. Customer is the licensee. Not SPLA / CSP-Hoster where the provider is the licensee.

- MCA-with-CSP (25 February 2021): you can purchase Microsoft Azure from a partner who will build, deploy, and manage the solution; one bill from the partner includes Azure and the partner’s value-added services. Perpetual software licenses are available in the Cloud Solution Provider program for on-premises deployment through a CSP partner.
