- Google documents that License Mobility requires active Software Assurance and CALs with SA, and that a license deployed in a region cannot move to another region for 90 days. Outsourcing Software Management Rights require products released before October 1, 2019 (or licenses acquired under enrollments effective before that date) and sole-tenant nodes. Microsoft terms govern; Google states you are responsible for compliance.
