- Program under which VMware Cloud Service Providers license VCF on commit contracts and report hourly core consumption through VCF usage meter. Referred to as the Broadcom Advantage Partner Program for VCSPs (KB 374738) and the Cloud Service Provider Program (VCF SPD June 2026).

- Licenses created against the contract serial number and product (1 to 100 000 cores each); subscription-based keys only and a 125% generation cap from July 7, 2025 (KB 374738); VCF usage meter mandatory and data converted to core usage per hour; licenses updated at least every 180 days; VCF License Portability does not apply to Software licensed under the Cloud Service Provider Program (VCF SPD June 2026).
