- VCF SPD (June 2026), License Portability: "The right to Port hereunder does not apply to ... iii) Software licensed to a partner under the Cloud Service Provider Program or Metal-as-a-Service Program." Hosting beyond Deemed Internal Purpose Applications is prohibited for ordinary VCF licenses; a service provider hosting third-party applications is given as an example that is not a DIPA.
