- Counting rules
- Measured by VCF usage meter against provider licenses created under a commit contract. Commit Capacity "Can be in a number of cores or TiBs"; Consumed Capacity "contains data for both non-running and running workloads" and, if it exceeds the commit capacity, "you might get billed for over use" (Licensing Attributes for Providers).
- Floors / minimums
- Each provider license must be between 1 and 100 000 cores (Create Licenses as a Provider). Consumption Portal key generation capped at 125% of the contract commitment from July 7, 2025 (KB 374738).
