- Definition
- “License Unit” means a Token which is not tied to a particular SRD Offering and can be used across multiple, eligible SRD Offerings, that are identified by the product and/or product suite specified in the Order.
- Counting rules
- Cross-product token for SRD-A offerings. Use requires the accompanying license management system (LMS); Transaction Log Files must be provided to SISW at least monthly (SRD §10.1). Where ISV-enabled, License Units may also access selected third-party ISV software (SRD §10.2).
