- Named user; internal use only unless an OEM edition is purchased. Named users may not be freely transferred, reassigned or pooled so that the ratio of named user seats to users exceeds one-to-one on a recurring basis. Full Users were not overage-enabled. The current 061726 Product Descriptions use the single term "Users" and no longer name Full or Basic Users.
