- A Full User is assigned to a named user for internal use only, unless a Qlik Cloud OEM edition is purchased. Named users may not be freely transferred, reassigned or shared among a pool of users, so that the ratio of named user seats to users is greater than one-to-one on a recurring basis. A Basic User is a named user and may be deployed to authorized third parties for external use. A Basic User is intended for limited read-only cases and is permitted to view content, create notes and private bookmarks.
