- “Active Daily User” (ADU) means that the product is licensed on the basis of the number of unique users who access the application at any time during a 24 hour calendar day.
- Counting rules
- A user who accesses an ADU application 3 times on Monday and 2 times on Friday counts as an active user for Monday and Friday only. The 24 hour period uses the time zone set for the server on which the application is installed. If ADU quantities are exceeded, the Customer pays the overages and must true up its committed quantities.
