- Licensing Basis for Windchill and FlexPLM (Eng. rev. September 2026): ADU products are counted by unique users who access the application during a 24 hour calendar day, defined by the server time zone. Exceeding purchased ADU quantities means paying the overages and truing up committed quantities.
