- ECPU Per Hour: is based on the number of cores per hour elastically allocated from a pool of compute and storage servers. For Oracle Autonomous AI Database, Exadata Database Service and Oracle Base Database Service it is "a platform independent measure of the work done per hour by the Database Service".
