- A committed amount applied towards future usage of eligible Oracle IaaS and PaaS Cloud Services at the rates in the order rate card; the prepaid balance is decremented monthly by actual usage (UCM v092326, Credit Period Types I).
- Commercial rules
- Unused credit expires at the end of each yearly Credit Period and is non-refundable. Usage above the credit is invoiced monthly at the Overage Unit Net Price. At the end of the Services Period the account converts to Pay as You Go unless the credit is replenished. A New Order rate card supersedes the existing one for the remainder of the Services Period.
