- UCM v092326: for Base Database Service BYOL (x86, ECPU), each supported Standard Edition Processor license (an occupied socket) allows up to 16 ECPUs or 4 OCPUs; every 10 NUP allow 8 ECPUs or 2 OCPUs with a minimum of 10 NUP per SE2 database; no single SE2 database or BYOL instance may exceed 32 ECPUs or 8 OCPUs.
