- Definition
- “Resource Units” means, with respect to an Enterprise Subscription, a number that is equal to the total GB of RAM Addressable by all Billable Enterprise Software deployed by Customer in connection with the Enterprise Software Subscription, divided by 64, with any fractional remainder being rounded up to the next whole number. (Software Subscription Agreement §1)

- Sum the GB of RAM “Addressable” (RAM that benefits the execution of the Software) by all Billable Enterprise Software, divide by 64 and round up. Billable Enterprise Software excludes Beats and Elastic Agent on Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes, and Beats, Elastic Agent, Logstash, Endgame Agent and Elastic Endpoint agent elsewhere. ECK reports configured memory (container limits, or doubled -Xmx heap) as ERUs; Logstash is counted in ECK for information only.
