- Software Subscription Agreement V09122025.1 §5.2: Elastic may, upon 30 days' notice, verify use remotely or, if that is not possible, on site during normal business hours “no more than 1 time in any 12 month period”; any excess is invoiced as the difference between fees paid and fees due. The Section survives for 1 year after expiration or termination.
