- DSSA License Grant: “limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license during the applicable Subscription Term” for Customer’s internal business purposes. Use Restrictions prohibit distributing, licensing, sublicensing, leasing, renting, loaning or otherwise transferring the Services to a third party. Assignment: neither party may assign the Agreement without prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld); Docker may assign to an affiliate or in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or asset sale.
