- Counting rules
- Consumed by billable events (each user chat message; each invocation of an Atlassian agent or AI feature; enriched Teamwork Graph API and tool calls). Free embedded AI costs nothing; Basic interactions cost 10 credits per billable event; Premium interactions and enriched Teamwork Graph calls consume variable credits. Allowances are pooled at the organization level, aggregated across apps and collections, and reset monthly with no roll-over. Extra usage is billed from 3 December 2026 at a list price of USD 0.01 per credit (USD 10 per 1,000 credits); extra usage is on by default and admins can cap or disable it. Distinct from Rovo Dev credits.
