- ACA §5.3 Number of Instances: "Unless otherwise specified in the Order or the Product-Specific Terms, Customer may install up to one (1) production instance of each Software Product included in an Order on systems owned or operated by Customer or its Users." Cloud Enterprise FAQ: "enabling unmatched scale & performance (multiple instances up to 150, 99.95% SLA)."

- ACA §5.3 Software Products: default one production instance per Software Product on an Order unless the Order or Product-Specific Terms specify otherwise. Product-Specific Terms: importing a backup from an authorized production instance into an authorized staging environment does not itself violate Number of Instances; Atlassian may make available "developer" licenses "to allow Customer to deploy non-production instances, such as for staging or QA purposes." Data Center FAQ: "Developer licenses are available to existing commercial and academic self-managed license holders (not available for cloud) who wish to deploy non-production installations" and cold standby; free, maintenance synced to the product. Cloud Enterprise: "multiple instances up to 150." Teamwork Collection Free/Standard/Premium: max 1 instance per app; Enterprise: up to 150 instances. Sandboxes are not production instances.
