- AEM as a Cloud Service product description: "Content Requests means a request coming into AEM Sites (including in connection with Edge Delivery Services for AEM Sites) or any Customer-provided caching system (e.g., content delivery network) to deliver content or data in either HTML format via Page Views (e.g., pages and fragments) or JSON format via API Calls (e.g., headless). Content Requests are counted either as a Page View or 5 API Calls, measured at the ingress of the first caching system to receive a Content Request."

- AEM Sites: Cloud Service is licensed in Content Requests per month. One Page View or five API Calls equals one Content Request, measured at the first caching layer (Adobe CDN or a customer CDN). The licensed quantity is tested over a 12-month period; exceeding the 12-month sum at any time requires licensing additional Content Requests. Customers using their own CDN must supply an auditable report every six months; otherwise Adobe may estimate from origin logs assuming a 95% cache rate.
