- AEM as a Cloud Service product description: "Concurrent Users means the number of Users logged in and active (i.e., performing at least one operation) in the Author Tier of the Production Environment of AEM Sites or AEM Forms, as applicable, within the same thirty-minute time period."

- Not a separately purchased unit: AEM Sites includes up to 20 Concurrent Users when licensed up to 5 million Content Requests and up to 40 at 5 million or more; AEM Forms Submissions includes 20 (up to 750,000 Form Submissions per year) or 40 (750,000 or more). Exceeding the scoped number may cause performance limitations during authoring rather than an overage charge, per the definition.
