- If the customer uses its own CDN, it must provide an auditable Content Requests report every six months or within 30 days of Adobe’s request; consent-based client-side analytics do not qualify, and without reports Adobe may calculate usage from origin logs assuming a 95% cache rate (AEM as a Cloud Service product description, effective 2026-09-02).
