- Counting rules
- Licensed per year (base package and packs of 50,000 Form Submissions per year). A multi-page or multi-panel form counts as one Form Submission; partially completed forms do not count. Customer must send Adobe a measurement report two months before the end of each 12-month period. Up to two Documents of Record per licensed Form Submission on average are included.
