- Named User licenses: one individual, re-assignable once per calendar month
- Floating licenses: simultaneous Authorized Users may not exceed licenses acquired
- Node-Locked licenses: one workstation; dongle movable within the Territory
- Territory: Site, time-zone Zones or country; separate installations per Territory
- Tokens require a base license; new token-accessible functionality requires active maintenance
- Indirect use does not reduce Authorized User entitlements
