- UMSA FAQ: "During the subscription Order Term, subscription fees may not be reduced. As a result, Workday cannot accommodate requests to decrease payment obligations based on a reduction in employee or user counts, or applicable usage metrics, regardless of the reason for the reduction (including downsizing, acquisition by another entity, or divestiture of an affiliate)." Public Sector FAQ (not part of any contract): "Pricing is based on a firm subscription level commitment for the Order Term which cannot be reduced during that term, regardless of any reduction in customer’s applicable usage metric."
