- Licensing Policy v19 (June 2026) §3.30: "When the software is delivered to the end user pre-installed on Veeam-published image end user has a right to use the software only in VMs in the marketplace deployed from a Veeam-published image." The OS on such an image is governed by that OS's EULA.
