- For SAP Business Intelligence, Users identified at logon do not consume a Concurrent Session license, Users and Concurrent Sessions may be combined in one Deployment, the customer may not use any program to cache or queue report requests, and the metric does not replace the SAP Named User requirement (SUR Exhibit 2 §47.1.2, effective 2026-04-20).
