- SUR Exhibit 2 §47.1: "Users are individuals who Use the Software. A “User” included in the Metric count cannot be assigned to more than 1 individual."
- Counting rules
- Reassignment is allowed only for vacation, sickness, termination, a job change that no longer requires the Package, or another condition agreed by SAP. For SAP Business Intelligence, Users are identified at logon, do not consume a Concurrent Session license, and can be combined with Concurrent Sessions in one Deployment (§47.1.2). The metric does not replace the overall SAP Named User licensing requirement.
